Designed to complement the inclusion scheme SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning) where students reflect on their own unique values, strengths and qualities raising their self-awareness and increasing motivation. A book is made for students to record:
> the factors that might prevent them from learning co-operating as part of a team to achieve a goal and set themselves a personal goal > reflecting on progress towards their goal, and setting a new goal which can be broken down into achievable steps reflecting on their > > progress and thinking of something positive about each member of the group
